Getting Started - Day 53

Last weigh-in:  204.9  Today's weight: 204.7  (started at 235 pounds)I still have a long ways to go to get down to 170, but I am feeling great and healthy as an ox.  I have met numerous people lately with all kinds of diseases.   I feel really sad for those who are struggling with cancer.  For many the doctors are failing them and it's sad.  People with cancer need to know there are other things they can do to fight against cancer and even REVERSE cancer.  Please visit the page below:

  3. i love your blog. its so refreshing. I constantly have family, friends and medical professionals telling me that I am going to become severely deficient. Its incredible how brainwashed we are in regards to nutrition and health.

    1. I was wondering the same?? I looked him up on Facebook. Looks like he put weight back on. Maybe life got in the way. Too bad.

    2. True that. Life hit me with a baseball bat and going through some difficult times currently and since I last posted. I miss how it was and I hope I get back to how I was eating soon! Sorry for falling off the band wagon. I really felt like I let a lot of people down and am somewhat ashamed by it.

    I hope you overcome your recent problems soon and get back to taking care of you. The best way to heal is to fight through.

    I was wondering if you wouldn't mind posting an example of a typical days menu plan...
    eg.
    How much fruit compared to veges and nuts etc. as well as whether you had certain foods at certain times of the day. That sort of thing.
